Altavoz is an all-original a cappella group founded by Jonathan Minkoff in 1998. Two lead voices, one male, one female, interweave over an unearthly bass and powerful vocal percussion. Altavoz' eastern-influenced sound has been described as dark, ethereal and intense. Altavoz has performed at various a cappella festivals including The East Coast A cappella Summit, SingStrong and at multiple NCHSA events.
